We developed Top Talent out of necessity. You see, Originate Labs thrives on technical talent, and it's very important that we are able to hire the best and avoid the rest. We found that traditional assessments were not accurate enough in terms of confirming that candidates possess the skills they say they do before we take a chance on hiring them. And "instinct" just wasn't an effective strategy.
Top Talent changed all that. Our quality of hire improved immediately, and we stopped wasting time on bad hires who didn't quite live up to their resume. The companies and partners we work with started asking us how we manage to hire such great technical talent on a consistent basis.
